Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers modern and clean rooms at a fair price, outstanding room service, and a quiet atmosphere. However, communication can be a challenge due to language barriers. The location is convenient for exploring Cleburne but may have issues with cigarette smoke smell.
The hotel is in a lovely country setting close to a pasture of cows. The rooms were very clean and spacious, offering outstanding value for the price. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the stay enjoyable. However, the dining options were limited, with no fruit available, and the location still retained a faint smell of smoke.
The hotel rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious, equipped with a refrigerator and microwave oven in each room, but lacked sufficient towels and complimentary amenities for our group of four. The service felt welcoming and homely, with staff offering not to charge us and ensuring rooms were thoroughly checked. The location, although safe and relatively close to my event, had a slight issue with cigarette smoke odor. The dining experience offered a variety of delicious options but fell short with basic choices like toast and cereal. Overall, a good value for the amenities provided.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and I felt comfortable walking barefoot on the carpet. However, my reserved room wasn't ready at check-in time despite me contacting them twice in advance. The service was a bit of a letdown. The staff, who I think also ran the front desk, was rather rude and insisted I couldn't have any service until 6 am when the lobby opened for breakfast. On the bright side, they did try their best, but it was clear they were understaffed. The location was convenient, being near the Cleburne Bypass and close to both fast food and sit-down dining options within minutes. Although the hotel was close to a pasture of cows, giving it a country feel, there were positive points like being near the hospital. The dining experience left much to be desired with a limited selection, mainly comprising toast, butter, jelly, peanut butter, and cereal. Despite these shortcomings, the hot options like eggs, sausage biscuits, and waffles were delicious. The facilities overall were satisfactory.
The hotel room was large, up to date, nicely decorated, and clean. The bathroom door wasn't the most convenient, making it awkward to use the facilities unless closed. Overall, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, but the bathroom door was a bit impractical.
